This coffee comes from Ngorano washing station which is a part of Mutira Cooperative. Cooperative works with smallholder farmers.
The coffee is produced primarily from SL28 and SL34 varieties. After harvest , only ripe cherries are delivered to the station, where they are pulped and dry fermented for 24 hours before washing and density grading.
This all ensures clean berry-like taste with juicy light body.
